BAREC/Win6 Community meeting hosted by The Core Companies (project developer)

THE CORE COMPANIES INVITES YOU TO SHARE YOUR IDEAS!

You are invited to attend a Community Meeting to share your ideas about a new direction in urban development coming to Santa Clara.

The Santa Clara City Council recently selected The Core Companies to create a unique Sustainable Community on six acres of the former BAREC land. Located on Winchester Blvd. across from Valley Fair Shopping Center, this game-changing development is a first-of-its-kind project designed to connect our agricultural history to a modern urban living environment.

This groundbreaking development will include:
* Homes truly affordable for seniors aged 62 and over
* Affordable homes set aside for senior veterans
* Market-rate apartments and townhomes
* Affordable homes for all ages
* An agricultural open space designed for education and farm-to-table living

Come see what The Core Companies is designing.
Share your ideas and input about the concepts.
Be a part of making land-use history in Santa Clara!
For your convenience, two meeting dates are available:

When: Tuesday, November 17th, 6:30-8:30 pm and Saturday, November 21st, 1:00-3:00 pm
